This time around...

Hello my HCG friends!! I am currently on my 3rd round Phase 2 VLCD 17. I am down a total of 23lbs as of this morning! Love love love it! Hope everyone is doing wonderfully. I have had a lot of request to do some more vlogs, but I'm not to creative so I thought I would leave it up to you guys. Tell me what you want to see, any topic or questions you want answered? Let me know and I will get it done! Love you guys! Ciao!!

    Congrats on 23 lbs ... I am on Protocol 2 and in my 3rd week I have lost a total of 50 lbs..
